About Us:

We sell online only. Our main focus is Identity Theft, and for that reason we choose not to handle your credit card payments at this location. We let experienced shopping cart professionals process your payments, which means your personal information will never be sold or given to third-party entities, but will be used for your purchase with us only.

(We want our shoppers to understand that we use a Paypal shopping cart, but you DO NOT need a paypal account to use your credit card for purchases in our Store.)

We are direct sellers for several mailbox manufacturers around the country, and your items will be shipped direct from their factory door to your door. These manufacturers offer a One-Year-Warranty to the original owner on materials and working parts. (Warranty does not cover postage, or mailboxes that have been altered or damaged by mounting.) Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the mailbox.

To become an Authorized Mailbox Dealer, we had to go through a thorough investigation by the manufacturers. They have copies of our Tax ID number, Sales Tax ID, Reseller License, Business License, and ran a credit check on our financial history before allowing us to sell their products.

We have also been selling on eBay for over four years (see our 100% feedback rating), and we opened this Store in 2004. We are proud of our products and only offer USPS Approved mailboxes. We refuse to sell for companies who import inferior merchandise from outside the US.

We prefer to answer your questions through an email so that the answers can be preserved for future reference. But for emergency situations, a phone Customer Service Rep is available between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM  CST

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER BY MAIL:

If you would like to place an order and pay by Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check, please do the following:

Send an EMAIL to  Sales@stop-mail-theft.com with a description of the Mailbox you are purchasing, along with your name and phone number in case we have any questions about your order. It is very important that you make sure your email address is correct so we may respond back.

A Customer Service Rep will verify your Order and make sure your choice is in stock. Then you will be sent an invoice showing the total amount due along with shipping & handling. This invoice will show a charge from our company  Holly House Products.

Once you receive an email verification and invoice for the amount of your purchase, please place your Money Order or Check into an envelope, along with your delivery address, and send your Payment to:

Though it is not necessary, a quick email from you stating your payment has been sent will help us to be watchful for your order. Payments by Money Order will be filled immediately, however, shipping will be held for payments by personal check until your check clears. There is a $30 charge for all returned checks and unless we hear from you, we reserve the right to redeposit returned checks again in 10 days, which could generate another $30 return check fee unless you notify us.
