We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, but sometimes there is a need to return an item.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If a mailbox or accessory arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our Customer Service department to file a report of the damage and get a RGA (returned goods authorization). We only have 10 days to file a damage-claim with the shipper; after 10 days the shipper will not honor your claim.

The damaged item must be kept in the original damaged box, so please do not throw away any boxes or packing until you have inspected your purchase. Many times the shipper will want to inspect the damage and will contact you with further instructions. The manufacturer will then be notified of the shippers findings and you will be sent a copy of the shipper's report. The manufacturer will replace for free any item damaged in transit.

REFUNDS:  Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) and must be shipped freight prepaid back to the manufacturer. No refunds are eligible if your item has been installed, used, or altered in any way.

Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt. The manufacturer charges a 20% restocking charge that will be deducted from your refund. Please remember, this return policy and restocking fee is set by the manufacturer and not by us and we cannot change or override their policies. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.


WARRANTY: There is a One Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship, but must be reported in writing to the manufacturer within one (1) year of delivery date, so please save your invoice for proof of date of purchase.

This warranty is limited to the cost of the product and does not include installation costs, transportation costs, misuse, or alterations by the customer.  The manufacturer has the option of replacing or repairing the defective product.
